1. Who we are
Brynt.AI, operated by MLG Growth Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), provides AI-powered marketing and customer-care systems to businesses. You can reach us at bryant@mlggrowth.com, or by phone at (301) 825-3781.
2. Services
We design, build, deploy, and maintain AI workflows, marketing automation, and reporting for our customers. Specific deliverables are described in your signed agreement or proposal. We do not buy or sell leads, and we do not operate any affiliate marketing program.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized representative of the business you are signing up on behalf of. You are responsible for keeping any login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, billing cadence, and refund terms are set out in your individual agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, send unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive marketing practices.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to our pre-existing tools, templates, prompts, and software. You retain ownership of your brand, customer data, and content you provide to us.
7. Disclaimers
Results vary based on your market, offer, capacity, and execution. We do not guarantee specific revenue, customer counts, or conversion rates. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement in writing under the conditions described in your agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
